Welcome to Palma Airport (PMI)
Palma de Mallorca International Airport is the third most important airport in Spain. It is located in the south on the island of Mallorca -in the Mediterranean Sea-, 8 kilometers from the city of Palma, the capital of the island. The airport is also known as Son Sant Joan airport.
Majorca airport has mainly international traffic given the great tourist demand of the island, especially during the summer season. Passengers come mostly from Germany, England, France, Belgium and the Nordic countries. To serve about 29 million passengers per year, airport facilities consist of a single passenger terminal and four boarding modules (modules A, B, C, D). It has two parallel runways heading 06/24, which allow the airport to perform simultaneous operations.
Palma airport also has three cargo terminals and a General Aviation terminal with all necessary services for companies, passengers of private flights, and aerotaxis.
